Welcome to the new year. May it be filled with decisions taken and acted upon until it becomes a self-healing habit. This day, this month, this life time’s tip – BREATHE. That’s all. When we are overwhelmed with life, we tend to hold our breath. BREATHE. Slow deep breaths. In and out until you are calm again. Until you feel strong again. Until you can face the world again.
